One Sheet Dinners - Three Things
Oven at 450.
The Food:
Cut into large 1” chunks, one potato any size (Yukon gold has a great buttery taste)
4-5 brussel sprouts, cut in half from the root
6-8 shrimps, any size
In a large bowl, gently toss all 3 items with olive oil, sea salt, fresh black pepper, just enough to coat evenly.
On a half sheet pan, place the potatoes. Roast in oven for 10 minutes.
