Makin’ Dip

I’m wide awake for right now, so I am making some roasted red pepper tofu dip.  Shit is SO good.  (Brit, you should try this.)  The longest part of the whole thing is letting the peppers sweat out in a paper bag for an hour.  (It can be used as a sandwich spread, too.)  The best thing about it is you don’t feel bloated & crampy after you eat it, like you can a regular dairy-based dip.

Anyone ever tried Polenta?  I’ve not, but want to try.  Any suggestions on it?
